Does the word "process" have a positive or negative connotation...?

Anthony Colangelo insists the ideal Pine Works team is "Imagine the typical small team who could tackle a project. Now subtract one person." The same can be said for our process. Imagine how much "process" you think a project needs. Now subtract some.

A diversity of projects and clients is at odds with rigid, consistent process.

"Do you think agencies sell documentation and process because it means they can charge more?"

The Goldilocks amount of process is the ideal. Without it, something as simple as cooking dinner with friends is a disaster. Too much, and every PM tool post becomes "this could have been an email."

Process and Documentation are often inexact substitutions for trust.
