This team goes beyond providing exceptional service – they are deeply involved in the community and are dedicated to helping our members reach their financial goals. Here’s a note from Dallas, our Sahuarita Assistant Manager: "Our team has put forth a lot of effort in the Sahuarita community to ensure it’s known that we are here for them! We attend community events, business expos, local schools, and are working to connect with retirement communities. At the end of the day, our members’ success is Pima Federal’s success – this is where we live! Our primary goal includes offering products and services that benefit our community and ensuring that we’re here to support Sahuarita’s growth.”

Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do! Through our Spend & Give campaign, we committed to donating a portion of our members’ card transactions to support a local nonprofit. As a result, we were able to present a $5,000 donation to The Humane Society of Southern Arizona! At the check presentation, we met Sheba, a beautiful rescue Husky who was saved from the LA wildfires and is now looking for her forever home. Today, members of our team attended the GoWest Credit Union Association’s Arizona Credit Union Day at the Capitol! We connected with fellow credit union professionals and engaged with state lawmakers to highlight the significant economic and community impact that credit unions make across Arizona. 2.7 million Arizonans have chosen a credit union as their financial partner and credit unions contribute $2 Billion to Arizona’s economy. We’re proud to advocate for our members and communities!

As we reflect on 2024, we’re filled with gratitude for all we’ve accomplished – but what makes us most proud is the dedication of our staff to giving back! Together, we volunteered over 2,900 hours to support our community – through local supply drives, volunteering at community events, supporting local schools, and partnering with nonprofits to make a difference! A big thank you to our employees for their dedication and to our community for inspiring us to serve. Here’s to continuing this impact in 2025!

We strive to support our employees so they can provide exceptional service to our members. Every seat in our credit union is important and we provide resources for our employees. We collectively have over 33 years’ experience in financial services and 13 years in HR! We all started as tellers in a branch and it’s so helpful to know our business.” ?

It’s the season, of giving and we’re thrilled to carry on our holiday tradition – the Pima Elves Gift Giving Program! This year, each of Pima Federal’s 25 departments and branches selected a local non-profit to receive a $500 donation, helping us spread joy and make a meaningful impact across our community. We’re proud to support a wide variety of organizations dedicated to improving lives and strengthening our community. Congratulations to this year’s recipients – thank you for all the amazing work you do!
