This acquisition took 2.5 years, thoughtful strategy, and patience to overcome numerous obstacles, but we finally crossed the finish line! Upon the purchase of Unit B in February 2022, it was logical to add Unit A, and combine these two stand alone industrial buildings under common ownership once again. We are excited to add another core industrial manufacturing building to our portfolio, and continue our push to acquire well located assets in the north-end market.
