This acquisition took 2.5 years, thoughtful strategy, and patience to overcome numerous obstacles, but we finally crossed the finish line! Upon the purchase of Unit B in February 2022, it was logical to add Unit A, and combine these two stand alone industrial buildings under common ownership once again. We are excited to add another core industrial manufacturing building to our portfolio, and continue our push to acquire well located assets in the north-end market.

2024 is in full swing now at Pietromonaco Jackson Properties! We started a full lobby refresh at our 11400 Airport Road Building in Everett, WA, which will be completed in Spring 2024. Thank you to Ware Malcomb who designed a modern and contemporary aesthetic which is anchored by a three-story circular staircase with skylights. In addition to the common area improvements at the building, we are finishing up the build-out of a brand new 12,000 SF Regus office space. Less than a mile from Paine Field Airport and Boeing, this Regus office will be their first location in the City of Everett, WA, and ready to welcome new clients in Spring 2024.
