KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Calendar and Docket Management. ? Prepare and file case documents, including pleadings, discovery and disclosure statements in state and federal courts, and correspondence. ? Organize, manage and prepare documents and other evidence for discovery, depositions, motions, briefs and trial. ? Assisting attorneys with civil litigation and misdemeanor criminal cases QUALIFICATIONS: ? Three or more years of civil litigation experience. ? Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Accredited Paralegal Program ? Ability to work independently and to multitask while demonstrating strong attention to detail. ? Proficient with Microsoft Office, Westlaw and other Internet database platforms ? Familiar with Federal and Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, ECR, Pacer and Turbo Court. ?
