Shannon Ruffing, Keith Mehltretter, Dave Rogers and Herbert Hanna just returned from an incredible trip to Italy to visit our industry partners at Alluser Industrie Srl. As their direct distributor in the U.S., we spent three highly productive days aligning on marketing, sales strategies, logistics, and technical support—all essential to strengthening our partnership and delivering value to our customers. Beyond the meetings, the hospitality was second to none—fantastic meals, great conversations, and, of course, plenty of gelato! ?? This space has been a game-changer, allowing us to bring together team members from across teams for collaborative training sessions that prepare us for any situation. From CPR techniques to emergency response planning, the class emphasized skills that not only enhance workplace safety but also empower our staff to make a difference when it matters most—on the job and beyond.
