Meet Hilda, Originally from Guatemala, Hilda brings a rich background in the performing arts, having studied at the National Conservatory of Music, the National School of Dance, and the National School of Theater. Since joining Piece by Piece in late 2009, Hilda has poured her thoughtful, creative, and energetic spirit into every mosaic she creates. Her delicate and gentle style shines through in her individual works and in the large-scale group projects she has been an integral part of. Always eager to learn and grow, Hilda's passion for art and her willingness to help others make her a true gem in the Piece by Piece community. ?? “Please support Piece by Piece! As of mid-January 2025, we have relocated our studio to Marcella Gardens, a vibrant new affordable and permanent supportive housing development situated at 68th Street and Main Street in South Los Angeles. This move empowers Piece by Piece to continue our mission of serving the community while opening doors to new opportunities for participants, including the residents of Marcella Gardens and the wider community.
