?? Celebrating 10 Years with Jesse! ?? We are proud to celebrate Jesse, our Director of Residential Operations, on his incredible 10th anniversary with Phoenix Rescue Mission! Starting in a vocational role, Jesse worked his way through various positions before becoming a Director in 2021 and taking on additional leadership roles since then. As our Chief Clinical Officer, Ta'Mella Pierce, puts it: "Jesse has faithfully served at PRM for 10 years, consistently demonstrating unwavering dedication to his role, the clients, and the Mission. As a natural leader, he sets an inspiring example of humility, integrity, and responsibility for those around him. His compassion for others shines through in every interaction, always offering a listening ear and a helping hand. Above all, Jesse's deep love for Christ is the foundation of his service, guiding him to impact lives with grace and kindness." One of the highlights of our work across the Valley is partnering with amazing people! A group of our staff members had the opportunity to volunteer at the Waste Management Open, working alongside our longtime friends at Little Miss BBQ. We’re so thankful for this partnership and how they’re using such a big event to give back to nonprofits all over the Valley!
