We are making a $1.9 billion investment to transform our Phoenix campus and expand it by nearly 60% as part of Bold. Forward. Unbound. in Arizona. This will enhance patient care, integrate leading-edge technology, and set new standards for medical innovation. "Through this work, we are physically and digitally transforming healthcare, blurring the lines between inpatient and outpatient care," said Gianrico Farrugia, M.D., president and CEO of Mayo Clinic. "This incredible investment will forever change the patient and staff experience in Arizona," added Richard Gray, M.D., CEO of Mayo Clinic in Arizona. This 1.2-million-square-foot expansion will enable the development of care neighborhoods as well as a new procedural building, additional operating rooms and an elevated arrival experience. The City of Phoenix premiered its new Mobile Career Unit (MCU) on Wednesday, with a ribbon-cutting celebration. The state-of-the-art, 38-foot-long RV is designed to connect employers with residents seeking job opportunities. The MCU is supported by the Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayors Challenge, a competition to spur government innovation that improves lives in cities worldwide. In 2022, Phoenix was among the 15 winning cities from across the globe awarded $1 million and operational assistance to bring the MCU program to life. (USA) have established a working relationship to create the first digital smart plastics injection molding facility in Phoenix, Arizona. ?The collaboration will establish a Medical Technology & Training Center focused exclusively on providing digital molding solutions to the medical device & life science industries. Having a partner like ARBURG Inc., allows us the digital installation of their ALS platform that will support our forward-thinking approach to digital medical injection molding. Our industry needs partnerships that go deeper than traditional supplier, buyer relationships. We will introduce proprietary developed advanced learning software that will bring products to market safer and faster with real time quality information. This will require technology-sharing and joint development with ARBURG in order to deliver the first complete digital factory in North America. ARBURG Inc. will provide Cinova Medical not only with state-of-the-art injection molding equipment but will work with their team to improve digital connection.
