The FASTCAM NOVA S20 offers the user the freedom to select between 10-bit and 12-bit operation to enhance performance, with megapixel recording rates up to 20,000 frames per second (fps) and 16,500fps respectively. Both modes support a 0.2μs minimum exposure and a maximum recording rate up to 1,100,000fps at reduced image resolutions.

Shot at over 500,000 frames per second with the Pharsighted E9-100s, this footage offers an in-depth view of cavitation and crack propagation—phenomena that occur so quickly, standard high-speed cameras often miss them. Thank you Stuart Hakanson and MEC for sharing!

INFINICAM is a high-speed streaming camera capable of capturing and transferring 1.2-megapixel of image data to PC memory at 1,000fps via USB 3.1. The latest version of the SDK supports Python, a common language in the computer vision/machine vision field, in addition to C++. This makes real-time image processing with INFINICAM possible with easy intuitive programming. INIFINICAM is also compatible with StreamPix and TroublePix Software from Norpix to provide a comprehensive off-the-shelf high-speed camera solution.

Pre-ignition is a phenomenon observed in both downsized gasoline engines and marine low-speed two-stroke natural gas engines, which can have severe adverse effects on engine performance and reliability. Developing countries face challenges with indiscriminate CO2 emissions driven by population growth and industrialization. Various processes have been created to reduce costs, enhance capital, and meet environmental regulations, focusing on solvents and absorption technologies. Photron cameras captured liquid-gas flow patterns in OBRs to create flow regime maps. The study examined how the baffle's operating conditions and geometric design affected bubble shape and flow regime, with snapshot images taken to track bubbles at various aeration rates. https://smpl.is/9xdji
