I had the pleasure of attending the BlackBook Motorsports Forum 2025 down in Earl’s Court in the big smoke this week. The event was full of industry leaders, engaging speeches and some rather cool looking automobiles. Really enjoyed the experience and the opportunity to network within the fantastic industry that is Motorsports here in the UK and I am truly looking forward to the growth that the sport has to come. An amazing experience and excited for the next! Greg Zalka Chris Sellers PhotoShelter

"One piece of advice I’d give to someone who wants to get into the sports industry is to reach out to those already established in it and ask questions. More often than not, people are willing to answer any and all questions someone has and help them out. I wouldn’t be where I am today without making those connections." - Cortney Lesovoy, DAM Specialist at FC Cincinnati ?? ?? ---- Did you know Cortney is joining us on March 26 for a special #DAMmonth webinar? Her and Joseph Guzy, Director of Photography at FC Cincinnati, are going to walk us through their workflow and answer your questions! ?? Register here:?https://bit.ly/4kWIeLZ

ESPN hit 1 billion social media actions in February. That's over 35 million fan interactions every day across Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok. This milestone matters because it shows the critical role a real-time content workflow plays in modern sports media.?Capturing and sharing game-day moments immediately drives fan engagement, loyalty, and community growth. Here’s how sports marketing teams compete and connect at this level (and how your brand can too): Real-Time content systems. Fans want highlights, scores, and reactions as events unfold. Create workflows that shorten the time between capturing a moment and distributing it across social channels. Automate and scale workflows. Manual processes slow you down. Automate repetitive tasks, empowering creative teams to focus on producing more impactful content faster. Scalable production ensures your content pipeline consistently delivers, even on high-demand event days. Strategically expand distribution. Publishing frequently isn't enough. ESPN succeeded because they tailored content specifically for each channel, from TikTok to Instagram to Facebook. Customize and optimize content distribution strategies to meet fans exactly where they are. Congratulations to ESPN for setting the new standard in sports media and fan engagement ?? ?? .
