Phonely never takes time off, answers in multiple languages, and can handle up to 1 million calls at once. Plus, it does all this at 70% cheaper than a human agent. Introducing TWO new exciting features!! 1. Message board - its like a CRM and recent calls had a baby 2. Multi lingual - Switch languages in any voice and phonely will switch with you The message board was a brainchild of mine for a while... I wanted this because I hate how traditional email and call history is set up. Its silly, I lose track of who I called back, if they picked up, what they said and if I even used them in the first place. We created the message board to solve this problem, now Phonely lets you use AI to automatically classify the calls, then you can quickly review them, add notes and move them through your pipeline so you never lose track of your customers. The past few months of Y Combinator have been full on, to say the least. One of the best investments I made at Phonely (YC S24) was buying 1,000 sticky notes. Rather than a task management tool, Nisal Ranasinghe and I have written out every platform update and pasted them in front of our desks. When we've completed get to do the "walk of fame" and move them on the done wall. We've been doing this for just over a month, and getting to put something on the "done wall" is becoming one of the things I look forward to every day. At this rate, I'm just trying to finish YC before running out of wall space!

Its LAUNCH TIME! ???? Introducing Phonely Vision... Phonely vision lets our AI now use software just like a person. What this means is just by talking to Phonely you can: 1. Schedule appointments on any software 2. Fill out forms online 3. And literally create Jarvis from Iron man. Phonely vision works by doing the following: 1. Spinning up a virtual machine in the cloud 2. Using AI vision technology + LLM to understand and use the screen text, buttons, etc. 3. Simulating mouse clicks and keyboard strokes to do... well, whatever you want Of all the things we've done at Phonely (YC S24), this one has been by far my favorite. In the coming months and years, I believe voice + vision technology will fundamentally change the way that we interact with software.
