The biggest barrier to innovation? Lack of courage. ?? We can all be held back by various fears such as disrupting the status quo or of what others will think of us. As leaders, we must actively encourage risk-taking and create safety for failure. Nurturing a culture of courage is critical for unlocking breakthrough innovation. #innovation #courage #psychologicalsafety

?????Exciting news from one of our clients, May Mobility?and their fantastic CEO Edwin Olson.?In 2025, their autonomous vehicles will join Lyft's ride-hailing service to help close "transportation deserts" across America, providing reliable options to communities lacking access to essential destinations like work, school, and healthcare. It’s a huge step forward, not just for May Mobility, but for the future of #AutonomousVehicles. This partnership is a game-changer, and we couldn’t be prouder of May Mobility’s dedication to bridging accessibility gaps. Here’s to a future where everyone can get where they need to go, reliably and safely! ???#MobilityForAll?#Leadership #CultureEatsEverything
We’re thrilled to announce our multi-year partnership with Lyft, marking our entry into the rideshare industry! Together, we’ll deploy our Toyota Sienna Autono-MaaS vehicles in Atlanta in 2025, offering a seamless new way for riders to experience autonomous mobility. This partnership represents more than just rides — it's about expanding access, connecting communities and delivering safe, efficient transportation that enhances city living. Our CEO, Edwin Olson, said "Partnering with Lyft will open up new markets for us to operate in, granting greater mobility to more people, more quickly." As we prepare for launch, we’re working closely with local governments to ensure a smooth rollout that benefits riders and cities alike. Initial deployments will include safety operators, with plans to transition to full driver-out operations. A big thank you to Lyft for welcoming us as an autonomous vehicle partner! Stay tuned as we gear up to make autonomous rides a reality on the Lyft platform. Link to read the full press release in the comments.
