Strong teams are built. The best teams can cook! After a rigorous couple of days strategizing for 2025, the PSL leadership team spent some quality time in the language we all know - competition! An iron chef-style cooking contest hosted at brought the heat!

Our team is comprised of an incredible group of professionals and experts of their respective fields. We’re so proud to see our very own VP of Legal will be able to share her expertise and make positive impact as a member of Georgia Senior Living Association Board. Congratulations, Amanda Kelley Pope!

Leadership Team: Assemble! We enjoyed hosting our executive leadership team this week for an end of year strategy workshop intensive. Developing, aligning, and sharpening the vision for PSL in 2025. It's going to be a great one!

The Legacy Project at Phoenix Senior Living. In loving memory of our resident, Anne. Anne, a resident of our Johnson Ferry community, allowed us the great privilege to celebrate her birthday with her earlier this year. Cake, party hats, confetti, and toe tapping to Elvis (her favorite). Such a simple moment that was so impactful for everyone in the room. When it comes to your loved one, EVERYTHING matters.

The Legacy Project at Phoenix Senior Living Meet Caye. In this photo Caye is reenacting her crossing the finish line her first marathon! She joined our Watkins Centre community in November 2023.?In the community, she enjoys church and music, and making new friends.?Caye graduated with a BS degree from VCU. She worked for several companies including GE lighting and United Airlines.?She is married to the love of her life Michael of over 40 years.?Prior to her retirement in 2018, she was employed with the Department of the Army in the Civilian Logistics Career Management Office and spent some of that time in the Pentagon. There she led training and development programs. Caye traveled extensively while living in Germany.?She visited Africa, England, France, Italy, Jamaica, Portugal, Prague, Spain, and Turkey.?She and her family remain very close, and she always has a smile to share. #PhoenixSeniorLiving #myhomeisPSL?

The Legacy Project- Captain. Meet Captain. Claude, affectionately referred to as "Captain" by family and friends, alike, resident of our Canton community and is 102 years young! As a young boy, Captain dreamt of becoming a pilot, so upon becoming of age, he joined the U.S. Navy during World War II. He continued his career as a jet fighter pilot during wars in Korea and Vietnam. He received the designation of “Top Gun” graduating number one in his class of advanced fighter pilots’ school, now called Top Gun School. He has been awarded countless medals of honor during his career, including Air Medal, Legion of Merit, and the Distinguished Flying Cross, to name a few. At his retirement, Captain had flown 34 different types of aircraft and had accumulated the most single piloted jet hours in the Navy. He is a father of 3, grandfather to 15, great grandfather to 15, and great great grandfather to 13. His neighborhood love Captain for his sense of humor and go with the flow spirit!
