We’re excited to introduce the IBRA-1043 which is a brush holder assembly for a valued new customer. This project has been a testament to the strength of our team and our commitment to delivering top-quality components, no matter the challenge. While we have been making brush holder assemblies for over 20 years, each IBRA is custom made for the motor and application, requiring us to learn how to manufacture and assemble the part for the first time. Bringing these assemblies to life required secondary operations we had not previously performed. However, true to the Phoenix Electric spirit, our experienced and dedicated workforce stepped up and found a way to meet the unique requirements of this project. Despite the challenges we faced, our experienced team was able to deliver on the short timelines requested by the customer. Thanks to the collective efforts of our team, we ensured timely delivery and maintained the high standards of quality that define our work. We are already in the process of ramping up production and optimizing our processes to ensure our customer's operations are not impacted. Phoenix made the decision to invest in the machine to improve lead times to help a new customer deliver on their commitments and multi-million-dollar contracts. The new machine will help our team ramp up assembly operations and expand our value-added services for our brush holder assemblies. The machine represents our commitment to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring their needs are met. We understand the need for investment as our relationships with customers are of the utmost importance and for the long term. The event highlighted the critical need to revitalize the U.S. manufacturing sector to secure the supply chain for the Department of Defense. The day was filled with insightful presentations, including a surprise visit from Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, emphasizing the importance of bringing manufacturing back to the U.S and Illinois specifically.
