More than just a proud dad watching my daughter 'do hard shit' this weekend. I share because professionally and personally I see quite a few people underdeliver against their potential on the regular... looking up to individuals that seem to have a soft and relaxing life. I learned a long time ago that nothing fruitful comes without sacrificing comfort. And most professional success I have seen are a direct correlation of tackling what others thought was too hard... quite often in the 'mud' ?? Encouraging my network to go do something you or someone else doesn't want to today... and do it outside.
