In the U.S., a strong credit history is a critical building block to establish financial health. That's why we're thrilled to introduce the new Affordable Housing Resident Initiative (AHRI) - a pioneering program aimed at fostering credit inclusion for communities striving towards economic mobility. Thank you to Citi for speaking with our residents at Atlantic Chestnut and selecting Phipps as one of the nonprofit organizations to pilot this life-changing program. Over the next year, we will work with the Credit Builder’s Alliance (CBA) to roll out this program. As our residents dived into learning about this initiative, their day was made even brighter with beautiful bouquets from Bloom Again Brooklyn and nourishing food bags courtesy of The Campaign Against Hunger. Here's to building financial health and thriving communities, one brick at a time! #CommunityEmpowerment #FinancialWellness #AHRIJourney

Today, we celebrated the topping out event for Rockaway Village, Building E, with our partners Lettire Construction Corp. & Marvel and the over 1,000 workers who made this project possible. When completed the development will provide a total of 1,696 affordable housing units in Far Rockaway, Queens. Additionally, there will be a parking garage and 125,000 sq. ft of commercial and community spaces. We’re looking forward to welcoming the residents who will call these units home in the near future. A special thank you to Queens Borough President Donovan Richards for joining us to commemorate this momentous occasion and for your continued support of this project. Together, we are building thriving communities! #AffordableHousing #NYCDevelopment #CommunityImpact
