Last week, Philanthropy MA had the privilege of bringing together 150 Community Foundation staff members from across MA and NH representing a variety of roles at the 2024 Community Foundation Summit. It was fabulous to see attendees collaborating and learning together! In the words of our opening speaker Magdalena Gómez, "Foundations can create seismic institutional shifts that value the intuitive and creative aspects of our community interactions....We can re-imagine foundations and communities as interactive ecosystems that help us to weave our lives, work and play in harmony rather than in compartmentalized opposition....We can move away from how granting has been done before to create a ripple effect of positivity in our communities."
