With over?15 years of management experience?and a deep passion for empowering youth, Rose brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our committee. ???Why Rose??Rose currently serves as the?Executive Director of Boys to Men Mentoring Network, where her strategic vision has transformed the organization into a vital resource for San Diego’s youth. Under her leadership, Boys to Men partners with?40 schools across 12 districts, supporting more than?800 boys annually?and managing a network of?3,000+ members. Known for her empathetic leadership, Rose has not only expanded the organization’s reach but has also increased its funding by?140%?over the past five years. She’s a master at launching new revenue streams and navigating financial challenges, including guiding the organization through the pandemic. ?? Beyond her role at Boys to Men, Rose is dedicated to community upliftment as?Co-Vice Chair?of the Philanthropy Collective.
