Philadelphia is one of just six cities newly selected to participate in the Just Home Project, a national initiative addressing the link between homelessness and incarceration. With over $260,000 in funding, the city will create a plan to provide stable housing for justice-involved individuals—a critical step toward breaking this cycle and reducing barriers to reentry.
