On February 27, the 76ers hosted their seventh annual Sixers Youth Foundation Gala, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Sixers Youth Foundation. Proceeds from this year's Sixers Youth Foundation Gala are approaching $2 million to benefit local youth. Coach Nurse, the 76ers team, and alumni, including Allen Iverson, were all at the event and rallied with 1,400 attendees to raise money for the youth of Philadelphia. What a special moment for the Faulkner Family!? ? Last night, during our Military Salute of the Game, presented by Toyota North America, we had the honor of hosting the family of?Lieutenant?Omari Faulkner. They were there to accept an award on behalf of their father for his 10 years of service with the United States Navy and his recent one-year deployment in Bahrain, Asia. ? In the surprise of a lifetime,?Lieutenant?Faulkner came out to the court and reunited with his wife and four daughters.? ? On behalf of the Philadelphia 76ers and Toyota, thank you, Lieutenant Faulkner, for your service! Welcome back!

Throughout her journey, she’s had the privilege of serving in leadership roles across multiple industries, focusing on developing diverse teams and driving community engagement. Robin’s journey is rooted in a commitment to volunteerism and mentorship, values instilled in her by parents. She still carries these values forward today through her active roles in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Big Brothers Big Sisters 2.0 program, and the Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Scholarship Fund. This week we celebrated the life and legacy of the late Dikembe Mutombo. ???? His family was in attendance at the game vs. the Boston Celtics and rang the bell as we highlighted his time as a 76er and celebrated his impact off the court as a humanitarian and global ambassador. Today, the Mutombo family stopped by practice for a visit with the 76ers. The 76ers gifted the Mutombo family with a custom painting of Dikembe Mutombo from artist Tiff Urquhart. The Marcus Graham Project (MGP) takes the sports marketing world by storm as it embarks on a coast-to-coast journey. The iCR8 Sports Marketing workshop will tip off with the Philadelphia 76ers on March 2nd, 2025, in Camden, New Jersey, marking the third consecutive year of an exciting partnership between the 76ers and MGP and Hennessy.? ?
