It’s been just two days since our summit, and I’m still in awe. My inbox is overflowing with messages of gratitude from attendees and speakers alike! A special thank you to our keynote, Sophia Kianni. From social activist to founder, Sophia’s journey left our 200 attendees inspired and ready to lead. She’s more than a speaker—she’s an inspiration for the change we’re all working toward. Impact as a Compass ?? Through her work with Climate Cardinals, the UN, and now Phia, Sophia’s story shows that meaningful impact is a career compass, driving growth across every field. Her Reach: A Global Network ? 16,000 student volunteers in 80+ countries ? Average volunteer age: 16 ? Mission: Increase climate education access, especially for non-English speakers ? 3,000,000+ words translated into 100+ languages Phia: Redefining Fashion’s Footprint The fashion industry generates 1.6 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases each year. Phia is here to change that. By offering secondhand alternatives across 150+ resale partners, Phia lets you save up to 75% on your favorite finds while cutting carbon. Buying used cuts an item’s carbon footprint by 82% and saves up to 90%. As Sophia reminded us, "The future of fashion is nothing new." Together, we left the summit with renewed purpose and the tools to drive change. Sophia’s journey is proof that each of us can integrate passion with impact, redefining success not just for ourselves, but for the world. Here’s to a future shaped by bold ideas, sustainable choices, and the unstoppable energy of women leaders. Thank you, Sophia, for inspiring us to lead with purpose!
