Today we announced exciting updates for Verizon Innovative Learning that will provide even more students and educators with free resources to effectively integrate technology - just in time for back to school season. We are thrilled to launch our free, scholastic esports league in partnership with Games for Change where high school teams can compete and receive free coaching from esports professionals. This is part of our new suite of gaming resources that provides educators with tools ranging from individual lesson plans on game design to full toolkits and professional development on running gaming clubs and events. And to introduce students to related careers, we now have a video series with gaming professionals and XR experiences from Arizona State University where students can explore careers independently. All our gaming resources and esports league registration can be found on Verizon Innovative Learning HQ at www.verizon.com/learning In addition to esports and gaming, we continue to expand access to our immersive content with: ?? new AR experiences and lessons from Discovery Education ?? Spanish language and browser-based versions of McGraw Hill AR ?? new PD courses from PhET Interactive Simulations, University of Colorado Boulder ?? new PD and lessons from our Museum Initiative in partnership with NYU Tandon School of Engineering And this back to school season, we are welcoming an additional 34 Verizon Innovative Learning Schools with Digital Promise and 18 Verizon Innovative Learning Labs with Arizona State University. I am so proud of our Verizon Innovative Learning ecosystem for increasing digital equity in K-12 schools. To date, we have impacted nearly 8 million students, and we are excited to reach even more in the 24-25 school year. A huge thank you to our partners and to the Verizon Responsible Business team members who lead and market the initiatives mentioned in the press release linked below - Phil Puthumana, Catherine Pack, Nick Matula M.Ed.
