  • Please help us congratulate our March #EmployeeoftheMonth, Tanner Dunford, RN! Tanner’s nomination said this: “Tanner shows true compassion for our residents. He is always smiling and always kind. While having my Aunt here he was so thoughtful to check on not only her but our family as well. Always making sure we had what we needed and that she was comfortable. When he learned my Aunt was a Christian and loved to sing he would come to her room and sing for her. In her last days here, he came in her room one day to sing The Light House. She had been almost nonresponsive that day, but when Tanner started to sing she opened her eyes and sang every word with him. It was a very special moment that will never be forgotten! Just a simple act of kindness that will always be remembered. We need more people on this earth that will show kindness to others just as Tanner!” We are grateful for Tanner and his compassion for our residents! Thank you for being a light to others, especially during difficult times. Congratulations, Tanner! ????
