Why PBM Reform is Urgent for Wisconsin ?? Manipulation by some PBMs drives up drug costs, closes pharmacies, and limits patient choice. Yet, some still oppose PBM reform in WI, claiming that PBMs "help control costs." The data proves otherwise. ?? The Kaiser Family Foundation reported that PBM-imposed "spread pricing" leads to higher costs for Medicaid and commercial insurance. ?? The RAND Corporation found that PBM consolidation has reduced competition, making drugs MORE expensive. ?? Mail-order markups: A 3 Axis Advisors study found that mail-order drugs cost 3x more than those at local pharmacies. ?? Wisconsin deserves better. It’s time for PBM accountability. Tell your representatives: Support PBM reform in WI! ?? www.pswi.org/PBM #EndPBMGames #AffordableMeds #PharmacyAccess
