I received a letter from the DEA yesterday rejecting my request to speak at the upcoming DEA rescheduling hearing. Requests were granted to NCIA and at least three large organizations (mostly anti-cannabis): SAM, CADCA, and NDASA. Whereas, my testimony, as a pharmacist who likely has the biggest stake in dispensing a Schedule III drug, was declined. Has anyone else, particularly healthcare workers, received either a rejection or acceptance letter? If someone has intel on the process for in-person access to the hearing as an observer, please comment. Pharmacists' Cannabis Coalition of California (PCCC)
