Meet Aaron Ojard, PGA HOPE Ambassador for Philadelphia and proud member of the Class of 2024! Aaron's journey began at the Union League National HOPE Clinics, where he found connection, healing, and a renewed passion for golf. This year, he was one of 20 veterans selected from 41 PGA Sections to represent his peers at National Golf & Wellness Week. His inspiring story and the impact of PGA HOPE were highlighted in a special video, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.

The Philadelphia PGA REACH Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2018 as the charitable arm of the Philadelphia PGA Section, one of the 41 Sections within the PGA of America. The PGA REACH branch is an initiative of the PGA of America created to leverage national marketing and Championship opportunities to support growth among local communities. The foundation shares an office space with the Philadelphia PGA Section, located in Lower Gwynedd, PA, the organizations share space, expenses, and resources to a certain extent. The resources that are used for foundation purposes are allocated to the foundation expenses. The 800+ PGA Members that are part of Philadelphia Section will help support the foundation by serving as instructors and/or ambassadors for our programs and initiatives that fall under the PGA REACH Philadelphia umbrella.

It was such a blast helping out at the Buddy Walk! I really enjoyed teaching the kids golf and seeing how excited they got!
We were so proud to be a part of the Children Hospital of Philadelphia’s Buddy Walk this past weekend! We brought out our Mini-Rex and Golfgator for the kids to enjoy. Thank you to CHOP for letting us support such a great cause!
