P+F served as the General Contractor and CMR for this project, which included a complete renovation of the existing 2,100sf building, as well as ground up construction of a 1,100sf addition. Sitework included clearing and grading, a retaining wall, parking lot, landscaping, fencing and paver patio. Last Sunday, our team was blessed to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for Bible Baptist Church’s site work and parking project. We joined together with church leadership and members in prayer over the project – for safety, spirit and stewardship – as well as the next generation of the church. P+F will serve as the General Contractor managing a heavy site work project which includes enlarging an existing detention pond, running storm drainage, utilities, curbing and paving for a 250-space parking lot. Another successful addition to downtown Fountain Inn’s revitalization - Fountain Foods Market. The P+F team served as General Contractor for the local, specialty grocery store. Alongside design partner Project Plus, we sought to breathe new life into the 6,100 sqft building, a staple of downtown’s landscape for decades housing various businesses throughout the years. The family-owned market opened its doors in August and offers unique, local market items and other sundries, as well as a variety of 40 plus scratch-made meals and fresh bakery items daily, all while supporting local farmers and makers. Every step counts when it comes to quality design and construction. Take a look at recent progress of the new exterior staircase at Tri-County Technical College. With roughly 60’ of elevation from the student parking lot to the college’s recently renovated Oconee Hall, the new staircase will serve as the primary connection between the two.
