Planet Fitness franchisee Excel Fitness kicked off their three-day Excel Fitness Leadership Conference with a costume-themed Monster Mash Opening Reception. The PFIFC team worked hard to help the Excel team have a professional and successful event. PFIFC helped with all aspects of the event planning process, including venue sourcing and coordination, planning the team building activity and the agenda, sourcing décor for the opening reception and awards dinner, ordering food and beverage and attendee name badges, and even creating a mobile app for the event. Director of Marketing with Baseline Fitness Will Delaney?joined the IFC Marketing Committee earlier this year. Marketing is an important part of every company, and so the IFC Marketing Committee and PFCSC marketing team work hard together to drive the best marketing strategies for the PF brand. “I am grateful to serve on the committee, along with the other highly talented individuals, as we advocate for the franchisee community within the marketing discipline,” Will said. “I am proud of the work that this group has done in relation to the 2025 marketing plan and ongoing conversations surrounding it with PFCSC.” #pfifc #volunteerspotlight

The PFIFC appreciates the hard work of those who volunteer their expertise and time to be on the IFC committees, and in turn, many of the IFC volunteers reap the benefits of having a voice and making an impact. Anthony Cera, vice president of global operations with Taymax Group, shares that his time on the IFC Vendor Management Committee has been very rewarding for him. “We bring together different perspectives and balance reacting to problems that arise from vendors that might be unforeseen, as well as staying ahead of our ever-evolving business by seeking out vendors that are innovative,” he says. “I am proud of the collaborative approach we have taken with the franchisor which has formed a relationship of transparency and accountability for which we are able to accomplish things quickly and effectively.” #pfifc #vendormanagement #ifccommittees
