Grantee Spotlight: During this Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we're highlighting "LOOK HERE," a project that illuminates how neurodivergent artists challenge and expand conventional approaches to artmaking. Coming this fall, the collaboration between Haverford College's Hurford Center for the Arts and Humanities and the Center for Creative Works includes two group exhibitions, along with engagement with progressive studios across the US that support artists with disabilities. "We want to make it clear that art is for everyone," Haverford's Kristin Lindgren tells us. #PewArtsGrants #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eUpQ3XUP

"There used to be a time in my practice where I concretely separated my disciplines and they each distinctly stood on their own without needing to interact, but now it’s becoming clear that all roads will usually lead to performance. I guess that’s what keeps leading me back to it as my primary practice, when fabricating performance I get the chance to skirt through all the mediums I’m interested in." #PewFellow and performance artist Vitche-Boul Ra talks with author Carmen Maria Machado about their creative practices, their city, and their dream collaborators.

Grantee Spotlight: First Person Arts has teamed with playwright, performer, and scholar Anna Deavere Smith to develop "Black Girls and Guns," inspired by the United States’ upcoming 250th anniversary.
