??Petrie Construction LLC Achieves World-Class Safety Performance Through ??Diamond Level ??ABC STEP Program-2025 Petrie Construction LLC is proud to announce that we have achieved DIAMOND Level in Associated Builders and Contractors’ STEP Safety Management System for the second year in a row. Founded more than three decades ago, STEP is a proven system that provides the framework to measure, strengthen and build industry-leading safety programs that enable top-performing ABC members to achieve incident rates nearly six times safer than the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics construction industry average. In addition, Petrie Construction was also awarded membership into the ABC Health and Safety Alliance. We couldn't be more proud of these recent achievements and our continued commitment to actively build a year round health and safety culture for all of our workers, staff, vendors, and clients.

Located in Syracuse, New York, Petrie Construction LLC proudly represented our company to the high school and college students in Construction Management and Environmental Engineering Programs. Wonderful to see so many of our young people with an increasing interest in these rewarding fields.

Ending 2024 with our last movie theater project! Located in Elizabeth, NJ, this theater looks absolutely amazing! A complete renovation and reseat shows well with the blue aisle lighting. Great Job to our PM-Eric Petrie and our Superintendent-Troy McDonald! Thank you to all of our Vendors, Owners, Architects and Petrie Team! Merry Christmas to all of you!

?? TEAM BUILDING AT PETRIE 2024! The entire Petrie Team happily used our team building activity to construct 3 kids bikes that we donated to a local charity. The Boys and Girls Club of Harford and Cecil Counties provide a safe, fun environment where kids can pursue academic success, good character and citizenship, and a healthy lifestyle--all under the guidance of caring, trained trustworthy adult leaders! We are proud to donate to such a wonderful organization.

BEST BUY GERMANTOWN is now completely renovated! Located in Germantown, MD, this full store renovation included an entire sales floor build back, a take-over of existing warehouse space and a large quantity of retail fixture install! Conference, office and restrooms also were completed. All of this took place during open store hours. Beautiful job to our PM-Eric Petrie and our Superintendent-Zack Shipley! Thank you again to all of our Vendors, Architects, Owners @ Best Buy and the entire Petrie Team!

Movie Theater #2 completed this month! Located up north in Danvers, Massachusetts. Large Auditorium Renovation and reseat! Beautiful as always. Excellent job to our PM-Cameron Ohler and Superintendent-David Barnhill! Special thanks to all of our vendors, Architects, Owners and the entire Petrie team for a job well done!
