We’re making progress on the building slabs at The Logan Luxury Apartments in Nampa, Idaho. The project consists of eight 3-story buildings, nine single-story garages and a clubhouse. Petra Concrete is incorporating a new radon piping system as they complete each building. ?

We are thrilled to welcome Dale Holthaus to our Team as a Concrete Superintendent. Since joining Petra General Contractors in 2022 as a Superintendent, Dale has been a strong asset to the company, always stepping up where needed. In his new role, Dale will oversee staff and provide guidance to concrete crews, working closely with the Regional Concrete Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Dale is currently managing Broadstone Saratoga and Boise State University – Residence Hall 405. Welcome to the Concrete Team, Dale!

With nearly two and a half years at Petra Inc., Lindsay has been a valuable Team Member, and we are excited to see her bring her expertise to the Concrete Division. She will serve as the central hub for her Team, supporting project management, field operations, accounting, and finance. A champion of operational processes and standards, Lindsay ensures efficiency while skillfully navigating any necessary deviations.

We’ve mobilized at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Caldwell! Petra Concrete is leading the structural and site concrete work, totaling approximately 2,940 cubic yards. Our team is currently constructing the footings and foundations, setting the stage for the future four-level, 93,555-square-foot facility.

We are looking for a Concrete Carpenter to provide layout, installation, and stripping of concrete formwork systems while receiving direction from Superintendents, Foreman, along with input from Finishers and other Carpenters. The successful candidate will be familiar with typical formwork systems and receive minimal supervision to perform assigned tasks. Petra Concrete is aiding Forge Building Company in placing 380 cubic yards of concrete for the ground-up Franklin Flex Industrial building, a single-story, multi-tenant, pre-engineered metal building, which will encompass 20,090 square feet of dedicated office and warehouse space. The team is currently laying the vapor barrier and installing rebar, preparing for the slab on grade pour on Monday morning.

We've been working diligently on Phase 1 of the Eagle Luxe Storage project. Petra Concrete is handling the build pad earthwork, structural, and site concrete for this ground-up facility, which includes six buildings and 145 units, covering roughly 85,400 square feet. ? The inversion may have arrived, but we’ve rolled out the ground heaters and winter protection for the mud. Our team has poured roughly 2,000 cubic yards of concrete slab and footings at White Pine Apartments in Nampa, Idaho. So far, 8 of the 11 foundations are complete.
