When was the last time you did this? Last night, I had the privilege of attending a fantastic dinner with an incredible group of HR/People & Culture leaders at Petite Cerise in DC. Hosted by Savina Perez, CO-founder of Hone & Serena Ziskroit JD, MAPP, CPO of Mighty One People Human Capital Consultancy. We gathered in an intimate setting to share best practices, address the challenges that keep us up at night, & find ways to better support our teams.
