At 𝗣𝗕𝗜, we’re passionate about making a difference in our community. As a longtime supporter of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (NBCF), we’re 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿.  This cause hits close to home, as many PBI employees and family members have been directly impacted by breast cancer. PBI team members were excited to participate in a packing party on November 8th, assembling HOPE Kits for women undergoing cancer treatment. These kits are a tangible expression of hope, providing comfort, encouragement, and essential resources to help women navigate their journey.  By packing these kits, we help send the message: “You are not alone. Last week, our 𝗣𝗕𝗜 Houston warehouse transformed into a vibrant learning hub! Our talented team gathered for a half-day training event, fueling growth, connection, and safety expertise.  Our team explored expert sessions on fall protection, lifesaving rescue, welding processes, bolted joints best practices and valuable steel erection insights, plus HR workshops highlighting employee benefits. Interactive vendor demos and engaging discussions made the day even more impactful.  Wrapping up with a delicious Tex-Mex lunch and team bonding, we celebrated our crew’s dedication to excellence! Today, we pay tribute to the brave men and women who have selflessly served our nation.
