"The Creative Disruptors Learning Collaborative addresses some of the most urgent issues facing arts leaders of color and empowers them to apply learnings in the real world. Picture a participant from the nonprofit world modifying his organization’s programming or a staff member from a foundation lobbying her board to make the institution’s grantmaking more equitable. These outcomes, which speak to?the cohort’s goal?of envisioning “a world where arts and culture are drivers of justice and liberation,” can have a profound ripple effect across a philanthrosphere where some funders have backed away from 2020-era pledges to?sustain racial justice work." We are excited that Creative Disruptors Learning Collaborative, a project of Pete-Flo Enterprises is featured in Inside Philanthropy alongside the amazing Sage Crump and F. Javier Torres-Campos! https://lnkd.in/eNTkw4z5

Read our new substack: "The Arts and Culture Sector’s Analysis Paralysis: Moving Our Theory into Action"! "This cycle of endless analysis without concrete action has left many organizations stuck in a loop of planning, discussing, and refining which is what we call analysis paralysis. While deep thought and strategic visioning are important, they are not a substitute for doing the work. The real challenge isn’t understanding what needs to be done. The real challenge lies in actually having the courage, will and urgency to act." https://lnkd.in/eRbSwTZ2
