It’s a remote holding organization dedicated to empowering BIPOC leaders and changemakers in the nonprofit, arts, education, and advocacy spaces. Pete-Flo is the home for bold initiatives that center community, equity, and liberation, including: ??? BAAB Culture Podcast: Amplifying Black voices in arts and culture. ?? Rooted & Rested Coaching: Supporting leaders to thrive through rest and radical care. ?? Creative Disruptors Learning Collaborative: Cultivating innovation and activism for systemic change. ??? Our Politico: Advancing civic engagement and political leadership. ?? The Floyd Consulting Group: Helping organizations reimagine equity and sustainability. Pete-Flo is a movement built on Ujamaa (cooperative economics) and the belief that we thrive together.
