?? Leadership On and Off the Field ?? At Pest-End, we take pride in the incredible leaders guiding our team every day. Today, we’re stepping away from our usual pest and wildlife posts to shine a spotlight on two of our outstanding leaders: owner Adam Carace Associate Certified Entomologist and operations director Noah Startup. A few years ago, Adam took on a new challenge—not in pest control, but as the coach of his sons’ flag football team. Without much experience in the sport, Adam knew how important it was for his boys to have him on the sidelines. So, armed with an iPad and a commitment to making a difference, he started crafting plays and building a team. Two seasons ago, Noah jumped in as a coach, eager to support the local communities we serve. This was a selfless act, as it meant giving up personal time to mentor and inspire these young athletes. Over the years, Adam and Noah have guided the team through highs and lows, always emphasizing the importance of teamwork and commitment. This season was the ultimate high—they went undefeated in the regular season, crushed the playoffs, and this past weekend, won their league’s Super Bowl! ?? But it wasn’t an easy win. The team was down most of the game, and spirits were low. That’s when Adam and Noah stepped in—not just as coaches, but as mentors. They encouraged every player, refocused their energy, and taught them to never give up. With just a minute and a half left on the clock, they scored a touchdown to clinch the victory. The real victory, however, wasn’t the Super Bowl rings—it was the life lessons Adam and Noah instilled in the players. Lessons about perseverance, adaptability, and fun. These same leadership qualities shine at Pest-End. Whether coaching on the field or leading in the workplace, Adam and Noah show us the value of making tough calls, pivoting when necessary, and inspiring everyone around them to give their all. ?? ?? Huge congratulations to our very own Patricia Trudel, who was honored as the 2024 Volunteer of the Year by the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce! We couldn't be more proud of Patty and this incredible achievement. ?? Back in early 2022, Amanda, Adam, and Courtney saw the need for a project and outreach coordinator at Pest-End. While we weren't entirely sure what the role would look like, we knew exactly who the right person for the job was. Amanda and Courtney took Patty to lunch to discuss this exciting opportunity, knowing she had both the personality and experience to shine in this role. Patty’s deep understanding of who we are and what Pest-End stands for—particularly our commitment to community involvement—made her the perfect fit. From the start of her career with us, Patty had been involved in numerous organizations, and we knew she could take this new role and make it her own.
