Want to get to know your neighbor? Volunteer! ???? This week, tenants of our office building helped us assemble outreach kits (socks & postcards) to spread the word about the Homeless Stand Down to communities in need. Coming up on April 26th, this annual day of service unites businesses, nonprofits, and volunteers to provide essential goods and resources to those experiencing homelessness. With around 1,000 guests expected to attend this year's Stand Down, every bit helps! To donate funds or support the event another way, please visit https://lnkd.in/gFfsvke3 or reach out to us. (Thank you to team members from AECOM, Perspectus Architecture, Cavitch, Familo & Durkin, LPA, Weston Hurd, Stout, United Church of Christ, Ott & Associates Co., LPA, Cision, J.P. Morgan, and more for taking a break from your busy workday to support those in need!)

CANstruction 2025 was a huge success! This year's theme, "Adventure is just a CAN Away," inspired us to bring that spirit to life. Our design featured the iconic Magic School Bus, a concept led by Ryan Coberly, Intern Architect. We're thrilled to share that our creation won the Best Original Design award! We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsors, whose support made this project possible. In total, Canstruction Cleveland-Akron 2025 donated an impressive 25,979 cans, all benefiting the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank. These incredible structures will be on display at the Akron Art Museum until March 16th—make sure to stop by and check them out! Photos by: Peter Bohan, award-winning architectural photographer

Project Spotlight!?? Today we wanted to highlight our work on University Hospitals Pediatric Cardiothoracic ICU! University Hospitals, in a joint venture with Nationwide Children's Hospital, engaged Perspectus to renovate the exiting 2nd floor of the Horvitz Tower to create a Pediatric Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) for the Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. The renovated space consists of 12 patient rooms, multiple staff areas and related support spaces. This multi-phased project includes demolition, infrastructure, and interior fit-out while minimally affecting surrounding active hospital areas.
