At Personic Health, we’re continually inspired by the stories our patients and their families share with us. Just last week we received a heartfelt note from the mother of one of our patients, expressing deep gratitude for the exceptional care provided by our Nurse Practitioner, Felicia M. Lombard, MSN, FNP-C. Moments like these remind us of the profound impact compassionate, personalized care can have on families. Here's what she had to say: "I wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the amazing care my son received from Ms. Felicia Lombard, MSN, FNP-C. My son who is 36, is a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic who has faced significant challenges since his heart attack last December of 2022. After being hospitalized six times and struggling with a stage 4 wound, we were nervous about transitioning him home. Thankfully, we met Ms. Lombard through Personic Health. She brought warmth and professionalism from the start, creating a personalized treatment plan and visiting us weekly. Thanks to her dedication, our son's wound has healed well, and we now follow her recommendations for continued care. We're also grateful she'll be returning monthly to check in on him.
