This week for our “Did you know?” series, we’re taking a look at the founders of our company, Jim and Mary Noland. Jim and Mary had very different personalities, but worked together as a team beautifully. The Personalysis cooperation was founded and influenced by the personality traits of these remarkable people. It was not just love that enabled this collaboration. It was a deep respect and understanding of their differences, and a mutual appreciation for how each added to the other’s perspective. Personalysis provides continuing education credit units through Association for Talent Development (ATD) and SHRM Personalysis certifies people all over the world to use the Report in their organizations and with their clients. Our certification programs are offered on a quarterly basis. Those who complete the training may now claim 15 total CEU units with ATD and SHRM. This is nearly half of the required units for some accrediting organizations. Our learning programs in conjunction with our assessment are monumentally effective and aligns well with the expectations of SHRM and ATD A new Certification cohort begins in April. As we continue to grow our reach we will seek new ways to serve our practitioner community. Some of the exciting initiatives currently underway include: ?
