PLUS - Personalized Learning Squared is an award-winning education technology project housed at Carnegie Mellon University, developed in collaboration with Carnegie Learning and Stanford University. Our mission is to double math learning for 10,000 middle school students by 2026 through the use of Human and AI tutoring. PLUS Training, through its research-driven SMART framework, provides a set of competencies and related training materials to upskill tutors in math content and motivational and social-emotional skills. We also provide a set of data-driven tools to enable tutors to make personalization decisions in real-time and scale tutoring at cost.
