El miércoles 2 de Octubre Dynamic Yield by Mastercard nos brindó una buenísima oportunidad en su evento de Personalization Pioneers para compartir reflexiones acerca de la personalización y sus catalizadores. Gala Blasco de Alshaya nos comentó lo importante que es generar empatía sirviéndonos de la predicción (NBA), además de poner foco en la localización de tu target para personalizar al máximo entendiendo el usuario que te está visitando. Paloma J. y Alessia Zampini García de Loewe nos hablaron del enorme reto de la personalización en la industria del lujo y las meticulosas reglas de negocio que puede seguir una casa como Loewe, también tuvimos la suerte de conocer las acciones omnicanal que permiten un impacto consistente en el usuario a través de una estrategia cross activo. ?
