Our team chooses and reads books together through out the year. We read a chapter or two per week and discuss during our weekly team meetings. Our current read is The Power of Moments by Chip & Dan Heath. This book is POWERFUL. It talks about creating "peaks" in our day to day lives and how we can often talk ourselves out of the extraordinary things for the sake of being reasonable or the logistics of it all. While creating peaks takes time, energy, and intention, it's worthwhile to invest in leveling up our experiences. Check out this book if you're looking for your next read!

One key takeaway?
