2024 was an incredible year for Personal Risk Management Solutions. We worked closely with our carriers to deliver significant value to our incredible clients and their trusted advisors. While we tried to connect with all of our insurer partners before year end, some of those meetings have carried over into 2025. Being early in the queue can be advantageous during this busy period. 2. **Secure a Copy of Your Policy**: If you don't have it already, request a copy of your insurance policy for reference. 3. **Request Advance Payments**: Seek advance payments to cover immediate expenses like temporary housing, clothing, and food. Keep records of all emergency costs incurred during evacuation. 4. **Precautionary Measures for Repairs**: If urgent repairs are necessary, try to obtain approval in advance. Those of us that had the pleasure of attending Art Basel Miami Beach will agree that it was a superb event this year. I was honored to be in the company of Art Royalty: Natalia Tchetchoulina, who advises private clients with vast collections, Nancy Harrison, Suzanne Gyorgy and Caitlin Camp, who advise private clients with art financing, art advisory and art appraisal services, Dorit Straus and Christiane Fischer-Harling, who are legends in the fine arts insurance world, Michelle Impey, Laura Doyle and Tannie Ng, who run Chubb's fine arts practice, are extremely talented, and hosted us at the fair, Melissa Scheffler, who I had the pleasure of spending quality time with, Kim McDonald-Weybright, who I had the pleasure of spending quality time with, Michael Valluzzo, MBA, CPCU, Michael Verrier, Courtney Jamieson Martin and Jerry Hourihan, who hosted a lovely event for PURE Insurance and many old friends like J.C.
