Building turnover! The Crossing on Boyson in Hiawatha, Iowa has officially turned over its 5th building! There are now just two remaining buildings to finish the project! We've had a great start to the month of August getting ready to start with The Jade on Tremont in Davenport, Iowa! Thank you to t r b ARCHITECTURE P.C. for the project renderings! Earlier this year, the project team and I were able to turn over the Sunmart Exterior Facade Renovation project. This included reframing the existing mansards, installing structural steel towers, placing a new concrete parking lot, and finishing with metal panel and Nichiha siding, EIFS, site lighting, decorative metal panels and a fresh coat of paint. Tenants have already began moving in, featuring the Sunflower Kitchen and the upcoming District 14 Sports Bar. A big thank you to all who were involved in this project. The Hastings Theatre District has officially broken ground for the new 56-Plex Apartment Building located between Hangar 55 and the 905 Building! Great work to wrap up the month of July! Exciting progress is being made at Slate on 25 in Grand Junction, Colorado. This stunning multi-family complex has turned over its fifth building out of six!
