Teams thrive when they build trust, encourage vulnerability and foster meaningful relationships. We hosted a team building session with the Performance Services Design Build department earlier this month. This team has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, and the session allowed them the opportunity to reflect on their successes and challenges and action plan on how to continually work well together moving forward. We also helped them develop a more formal mentorship program, allowing their newer team members to learn and grow with the help of more seasoned team members. Last week, a group of veterans from our team had the opportunity to volunteer with Helping Veterans and Families (HVAF) in Indianapolis. Transformation Tuesday Spotlight: Design-Build Addition and Renovation Project for Greenfield-Central Community Schools ?? Today we are featuring our previous work with Greenfield-Central Comm School, where we addressed a wide range of needs across seven district facilities. Our comprehensive project included significant upgrades like secure entryways, renovated classrooms, and essential facility upgrades throughout the district. We also introduced new state-of-the-art facilities, including a weight room and training room at the high school, as well as new field sports locker rooms strategically placed near the fieldhouse, football field, and baseball diamonds for optimal access. But it doesn’t stop there! We also enhanced the Junior High School and expanded the High School’s performing arts space. ??
