Through her volunteer work with Perfect Pair, she saw the huge need for companionship and mental health support for older adults. Now, she is pursuing a career in Geriatric Counseling to uplift, empower, and advocate for older adults' mental health and independence! ???? March is Careers in Aging Month. Meet Ms.Judy and Sarah from @perfectpairuga! This pair has been meeting for 2 years, and are truly a Perfect Pair. Sarah often paints Ms. Judy's nails when she visits, and on her birthday, she surprised her with her favorite birthday meal: steak, potatoes, and wine. Ms. Judy said it was "the nicest thing anyone has ever done for my birthday." (swipe to see the meal for yourself!) Just last week, Sarah surprised Ms.Judy with a matching Perfect Pair crewneck, and you can see them sporting their new merch in the first few photos! This extroverted duo, both Georgia natives, share a love for painting and nature walks--part of the reason they were paired. Their fun weekly meetings have included: ?? Painting Ms. Judy's nails — she commented on how all of her friends were going to be jealous ?? Chatting and catching up on each other's weeks ????
