David Tenenbaum is a seasoned consulting professional (Charles River Associates, Global Economics Group, Aon plc) with established expertise in strategic assessment and financial valuation of IP and other intangible assets in a wide range of litigation and transactional contexts. He has led well over a hundred engagements involving the preparation and evaluation of damages claims in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes. David also has extensive experience in valuation of IP and other intangible assets in a variety of transactional settings, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, bankruptcy and reorganization, licensing, related-party transactions, and IP-backed insured lending. ? Brian Hinman is a senior intellectual property executive and recent IP Hall of Fame inductee, with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of IP management, strategy, valuation and monetization. I'm excited to announce the release of our latest research on diversity in finance, conducted in collaboration with the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and New York University's Center for Business and Human Rights. We invited 50 colleges and universities, which together hold endowments totaling $566 billion, to participate in the study. Just over half of these institutions accepted our invitation, offering valuable insights into the portion of their endowments managed by women and people of color.
