We are longtime supporters of the City of Chicago Women’s History Month celebration, and were proud to sponsor this year’s event. It was a joyous celebration of women’s historic and ongoing contributions to Chicago and the world. #WomensHistoryMonth

We are a longtime community partner of the American Red Cross Sound the Alarm campaign, which this month is aiming to install more than 1,400 free smoke alarms in Illinois homes. As part of our support, Peoples Gas team members volunteered to go home-to-home in Chicago installing new alarms!

Students and parents from Chicago Public Schools spent the day at our Peoples Energy Training Center to take the next steps in a program that launches careers. Peoples Gas Bright Futures U is a joint initiative between CPS and Peoples Gas that provides classroom and hands-on experience in the energy industry.
