Alongside clean-energy experts from research organizations and HVAC contractors on the forefront of environmental tech, today we unveiled cutting-edge new technology to heat Chicago’s homes in a way that drastically reduces carbon emissions. High-tech gas heat pumps are the lowest-emission home-heating technology available. Their ultra-efficiency protects the environment and reduces energy use. That translates to lower heating bills. Our work helping customers reduce heating bills through energy efficiency has earned an award! The The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) named us a winner of the Leader of the Pack Award. Our program pairs customers with advisors who help install energy-saving products and even do retrofits and full weatherizations – all at no cost to the customer.
