REALTORS? Land Institute's APEX Award Program recognized Peoples Company Land Agent, Matt Adams, as the APEX 2024 Broker of the Year in the Auction Land Sales category for the second year in a row. Three Peoples Company Land Agents were recognized as APEX 2024 Regional Brokers of the Year: Adam Crist, ALC in Region 3 (MN, ND, SD, WI), Andrew Zellmer in Region 7 (IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE), and George Baird in Region 9 (AL, AR, KY, LA, MS, TN). Adams and Crist, along with Peoples Company President Steve Bruere, were also recognized as APEX 2024 Top Twenty National Producers. 24 others were recognized as members of the APEX Producers Club, including George Baird, Douglas Bear, Daran Becker, Bryan Bergdale, Brandon Bergquist, Lindsey Brown, Ray Brownfield, adam curran, Chase Duesenberg, Kenny Herring, Matt Hoenig, Kolt Kiburz, Joel King, Eric Lonnevik, Alan McNeil, Jesse Meyer, Dillon Muth, John Reburn, Jake Sickels, Riley Sieren, Nicholas Z.
